GRABBY WORD ACCOUNTS / PLAYING ON MULTIPLE DEVICES

With a registered account you can play the same games on multiple devices.  You can also use the account to load your games if you re-install GrabbyWord of if you get a new phone/tablet.  

REGISTERING YOUR ACCOUNT

Its quick and easy to register your account.  In GrabbyWord, tap the register button on the settings screen.  You can choose to register using your Facebook account or you can create a login for your email address/password.    Once your account is registered you can login and restore your games when you get a new device.

I REGISTERED AN ACCOUNT BUT FORGOT MY PASSWORD

If you have registered your PlayZot account with your email address and password.  Tap the link below to reset your password.

I HAVE NOT REGISTERED MY ACCOUNT AND WANT TO ACCESS MY GAMES

REINSTALLED GRABBY WORD / SETTING UP ON A NEW DEVICE

If you have reinstalled GrabbyWord or are setting up GrabbyWord on a new device you will need to set your PlayZot account on the device to load your games.

I have my original phone/tablet

Load GrabbyWord and make sure that you have registered your account.  Go to the settings page and tap the register button.  Once you have your account registered go to the login screen on you new device and login to restore your games.

I do NOT have my original phone/tablet

If you do not have access to the device with your PlayZot account, contact PlayZot support and we will help you get access to your games.  Make sure you include your PlayZot account name and all your information.

How do I delete my account?

I have my original phone/tablet

Load GrabbyWord and go to the settings page (the gear icon in the upper right).  Select the PlayZot Account Login link, then click the Delete Account button

I do NOT have my original phone/tablet

Contact PlayZot support and we will help you delete your account.  Make sure you include your PlayZot account name and all your information.
